The Workplace Redefined

In this on-demand session, we hear from experts in workplace strategies and solutions, as well as an executive people leader, about planning a return to the office during a global pandemic. Our special guests Beth Goff-McMillan, CEO & Principal at SKG, Tala Matchett, Co-Founder and President, JobSiteCheck, and Jay Nelson, EVP and Chief People Officer at Planview, share great advice, examples and practical tips for the workplace and for taking care of employees and company culture.

Discussion Topics:

  • Before making any plans for the office, leaders should first define the relevancy of the office for the business. What role does it play for the business and employees?

  • Once relevancy and role of the office is determined, define the needs for the office (physical space & employees).

  • How best to manage and support employees as they return, while some stay remote (managing anxiety, health & safety of those returning to an office, role of technology).

  • The impact on talent management & culture.
