Company Update: Kelli Brogdon to lead Ceresa Mentor Program
Hello there! I'm Kelli Brogdon, and I'm absolutely thrilled to dive into my new role as the head of Ceresa’s Mentor Program. Our mentors are the heartbeat of our mission, and I'm truly appreciative of the chance to champion our remarkable community.
Before joining Ceresa, my professional journey unfolded primarily in the tech industry within Learning & Development. Over the years, I've worn multiple hats, gaining expertise in team management, onboarding, executive talent development, human resources, and diversity & inclusion.
My enthusiasm stems from developing and overseeing internal mentoring and leadership programs, as well as spearheading D&I initiatives and events. Creating connections and fostering opportunities for growth and learning have been the highlight of my career. Naturally, Ceresa's mission resonates deeply with my own values, making it a perfect fit.
Having been part of the Ceresa family for nearly three years, actively supporting our customers and participants, I'm thrilled to step into this new space where I can leverage my experience to continue bringing value to our mentors.
In my downtime, you'll likely find me on my yoga mat! I'm a certified yoga instructor with a background teaching at a studio in Austin, TX, and running a small yoga business. These days, I focus on my personal practice, relishing in the strength and healing it provides.
I'm also a passionate traveler! Whether it's a solo weekend getaway to the mountains or working remotely from a new country, I seize any chance to explore different corners of the world.
Above all, my heart belongs to my family and friends, and I cherish every moment connecting with those I love the most.
Looking ahead, I'm excited about evolving Ceresa’s Mentor Program and integrating direct feedback from our mentors into our 2024 program strategy. We kicked off this initiative with a feedback survey in Q4 2023, directly engaging our mentors about their Ceresa experience and expectations for the upcoming year.
Thanks to our mentors’ invaluable input, we're poised to focus on the areas our community values most in 2024. Ceresa mentors can anticipate proactive support and enhanced opportunities to connect with the Ceresa team and fellow mentors in the community. We'll keep everyone updated on the latest resources, news, and engagement opportunities from Ceresa. There'll be ample chances to provide more feedback, but never hesitate to reach out with questions or share your ideas.
